The customer has to call our company customer care number on the provided details through, contact number/ email/ whatsapp numbers etc.Company officials will assist you with your queries and will guide you further steps being taken by our company to ease your anxiety for shifting of your household goods / vehicle.
Survey
With your consent regarding date and time of visit at your place for survey, Company will carry out physical survey of your desired goods to be relocated from one place to another.The surveyor will make an exhaustive survey and will facilitate with the following :-
- Physical survey of all the household goods to be shifted.
- Obtain from you all the details of your pickup and delivery location to ease the process of moving
- provide you on the spot free quotation
- Provide you the details of vehicle to be used for transportation, Number of manpower for packing, kind of packing material to be used and about transit insurance if required
- per-departure useful tips for your convenience (a list would be provided by him)
- Do and do not.
- Quotation of the whole expense would be handed over to the customer in hard / soft copy with an acknowledgement by the customer.
- A payment money receipt of the company in case the advance is received by him for booking your shipment for moving
Packaging
It is the most important part of shifting. Company carries out this exercise with the support of the qualitative latest technological packing material by the well trained expert and experienced manpower in the most professional manner under the experienced supervisor to ensure the safe delivery of the goods packed and relocated.
Inventory
We make all your items list in a specially designed format before loading and provide a full itemization of a customer’s belongings. As we load the container our supervisor will note the condition of each of your items including the cost as per the customer (for usefulness for insurance) .Customer’s approval is necessary to make sure his description is accurate.
Loading
The proper loading/ staking is very important to ensure the damage free transportation of goods Transportation – The household items are now loaded in our waterproof close body container ready to shift to your delivery address or destination.
Transportation
The House hold items are now loaded in our waterproof container & its made ready to shift to your destination
Unloading
This exercise is also done with utmost care by the professional at the destination point to ensure safeguard of the goods transported.
Unpacking
In the process of the whole relocation this is the final outcome exercise during relocation exercise. Customer has to guide the place where the items are to be staked or fixed at the destination. (for example sofa in drawing room etc….)
Storage
Warehousing / Storage can be arranged on a short-term basis, or for longer periods, depending on your requirements. We can provide you storage facilities to safely store your goods in a clean, safe environment
